2.                     Processing of your personal data

The subject of data protection is personal data. This is information that can be assigned to a specific or identifiable person , such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Basically, the processing of personal data is not required for the use of this website . To a data collection and - processing occurs when giving voluntarily your personal data. We will explain this to you in paragraphs 4 to 6 .

3.3.1.    Google Analytics

5th                     Einsend Ungen

You can register on our website for submission to BUDDYYANDSELLY via the provided submission form. For this we need information on the number of garments and packages , your first and last name , address , email address , a telephone number, and the parcel service you want to use. You can voluntarily enter your customer number (if available), a comment on the submission and where you know us. After successful registration we will send you a confirmation email with a submission form and a shipping label.

 

Upon receipt of the garments, we will make you an offer to purchase the garments. If you accept this offer, we need your bank details for the payment of the purchase price. Otherwise we will send you back the clothes.

 

With the aforementioned data, we create an internal customer account for you. We use your data in each case for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and for the fulfillment of the purchase contract (Article 6 (1) (b) DSGVO).

 

6th                     Application for a job

In the context of online applications, we collect the data you provide about yourself. This includes, in particular, your personal information with contact information as well as a description of your education, work experience and skills. In addition, you have the option of leaving us with electronically stored documents such as certificates or cover letters.

All the data you provide for the application will be used by us exclusively for the application process. If your application is successful and we enter into an employment relationship with you, we will take the application data to the personnel file. Otherwise, we will cancel these three months after completing the application process , unless you expressly agree to a longer retention period. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 88 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship.

For the dispatch of advertisement and newsletters (number 4 ) we use the service provider Newsletter2Go GmbH .

For the processing of the shipment (clause 5 ) , we pass your data within the scope of clause 5 to the respective delivery service commissioned with the return (in particular DHL or UPS).

In addition to their legal obligation to comply with all data protection regulations, these service providers are bound by us to further contractual data protection requirements. This regularly includes an obligation as a processor according to Art. 28 (3) GDPR.

Otherwise, we will only transfer personal data to third parties if this is legally permitted or you have previously consented. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. We only disclose your data to government agencies within the scope of legal obligations or as a result of an official order or court decision, and only to the extent permitted by data protection law.
